If a product you have ordered is out of stock, a "Back Order" will result. We will always notify you when this happens. We will presume you still want the order, and will fulfill it at the earliest possible date (usually indicated in our communication to you), only billing your charge card at the time of shipment.

You have two options regarding a Back Order:

1. Do Nothing. We will ship the order to you when it is available, and charge your credit card at that time.

2. Contact us to cancel your Back Order. You must use only one of the two contact methods below. Be sure to include your Order # with your request:
